Clean room, good Wi-Fi, but no coffee replenished daily became inconvenient.

The rooftop bar had an amazing view, spacious seating, and friendly service. I appreciated the smart design, allowing wonderful relaxation with delightful drinks nearby. The overall ambiance created a peaceful escape, perfect for unwinding after exploring the area.

No microwave in the room.

i thought this hotel would be lovely but was sadly disappointed. checking in was a nightmare, as i was forced to pay twice. the bar staff informed me i was too late for drinks, and, honestly, one would think they’d make a little effort. a welcome gift would’ve been a nice touch too. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was incredibly stressful. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with signs of neglect evident on the bathroom walls.

The hotel was clean and new, with a nice pool that my kids enjoyed, although the cafe seemed understaffed during our stay. Despite some noise from the floors above, the friendly staff made our visit pleasant enough to consider returning in the future.

Consider trying the bistro food. it's freshly made and surprisingly good, especially with the convenience of a Starbucks on-site.

Comfortable room but lacking in some services

I recently stayed in a large queen room with two queen beds, which was nicely updated and very clean. The location is convenient for visiting the Temecula Winery, and I appreciated the good temperature control in the room. However, daily coffee refills and a bit more attention to housekeeping would have made my stay even better.

the courtyard had a nice outdoor fire pit area, making it a cozy spot to unwind. the fitness center was well-equipped. There were plenty of usb and power sockets in the room, which was super convenient for a couple like us. we appreciated the free wi-fi, a great perk for business professionals on the go.
